I) Shipping Policy
* We ship ONLY to the 48 Continental U.S. States
* All orders are shipped via UPS Ground
* For first time customers, we will ship the order using the UPS "Adult Signature Required" option.
         - Adult recipients must be at least 21 years old.
         - Once we have your age verification on file. Future orders will not require verification.

II) Delivery Limitations
a) Restrictions
* You are required to abide by all local and state laws concerning ordering and possessing ammunition
* We do NOT ship our products internationally. Continental U.S. ONLY
* We can NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO
* We can NOT ship to Massachusetts, Alaska or Hawaii
* We can NOT ship to the following locations:
         Brooklyn, NY
         Chicago, IL
         Cook County, IL
         Los Angeles, CA
         Manhattan, NY
         New York City, NY
         Orange County, CA
         San Francisco, CA
         Sacramento, CA
         Washington D.C.

b) Age Limitation
You must be 21 years of age to order, purchase, receive and possess this type of ammunition.

III) Return Policy
All sales are final. Orders can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Once a package leaves our facility, it may be subjected to any number of environmental or physical abuses.
We therefor, can NOT accept any returns or exchanges for safety reasons.

IV) Warranty
We warrant these cartridges against defects in assembly only.
